I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were perfect for our group of five, set up quickly with a warm welcome from the staff. The only issue was the toilet not flushing properly unless manually adjusted. The service was attentive, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby businesses and attractions, although we did witness some concerning activities on the property. Dining at Burger Theory was enjoyable and diverse, but slightly pricey. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel is a cozy spot with clean rooms and accommodating staff, ideal for families with its convenient location near various dining options. While the room size may be a bit tight for larger groups and the bathroom is small, the inclusion of a refrigerator and microwave adds a nice touch to the overall stay.

When we arrived at night, we found that the room had blood stains, which was disappointing, but overall it was generally clean. The hotel won't solve the many issues listed here and what was already experienced, which was a letdown. Despite this, I must say that the service provided the best customer service that we had ever experienced, and that will be the reason I will return to this hotel. However, there were some disturbances with people yelling and talking loudly. The location was great as it was close to everything and perfect for my visit to the doctor. The only positive for me was that the staff was nice, which was a relief. Dining was not complimentary, but the variety at Burger Theory was good. Facilities were standard.
